Col-Tex Refinery recieves Historical Marker...

A Historical marker was dedicated at the site of the old Col-Tex Refinery yesterday, and a nice crowd of former employees and the public were on hand for the event.

Mayor Carol Sue Dakan welcomes everyone to the dedication Saturday morning.

Former employees and family members were on hand for the dedication of the Historical Marker at the old refinery site.

Frank and Al Mendoza, along with Al's wife were present for the event.  Their dad, Luciano Mendoza, was the first Hispanic employee at Col-Tex.
