Bull riding at the Rodeo Arena draws a crowd!!

A crowd estimated at 450 turned out last night to welcome bull riders to Colorado City!  28 cowboys from the World Senior Pro Bull Riders Association were competing in memory of the late Kerry Bradbury, who passed away suddenly in February of this year.  Organizers say this was their largest turnout of riders since they were organized!  The bull riders are all pros and range in ages from 35 to 50 years young.  Funds raised from the event will go to the Bradbury family and organizers say there is talk about making this an annual event.

The cowboys get ready to ride!

The bulls don't look too concerned....yet!

This bull rider got bloodied when a bull raked him along a fence.
