The C.C. Riders Car Club helps Toys for Tots!
The C.C. Riders Car club was busy Saturday with a car show held on the lot of Family Dollar. They grilled hot dogs and spectators were allowed to vote for their favorite cars for $1.00. They purchased bicycles also and those were given to the Kiwanniannes to help with their Annual Toys for Tots campaign.

The Festival of Trees
The Chamber again sponsored the Festival of Trees in the Railhead Building on Saturday with various organizations decorating the trees for the public to view.
This unique tree and Christmas scene was designed by Mary Smith of What's In Store.
The Relay for Life also decorated a beautiful tree.

Fuller Foods holds Annual Employee Christmas party
It's safe to say that a good time was had by all at the Annual Fullers Christmas party, held Saturday night at the Civic Center in Colorado City. All the employees enjoyed a great meal catered by Bama's House and gifts were given out to the staff and employees.

Colorado City VFD holds their Annual Christmas Party
It was a night filled with friends, good food, awards and Santa Claus as the Colorado City VFD gathered at the Civic Center for their annual Christmas celebration.
The new Chief of Police was on hand for the party!
Chow hounds, David Stubblefield, Tom Carlock and Rufino Martinez dig in!
The special guest speaker for the night was City Manager David Hoover.
Last year's Fireman of the Year, Dustin Cox, introduced this year's recipient.
Congratulations to Erick Roberson, named 2013 Fireman of the Year!
Special surprise guest was Santa Claus!

Adandoned house comes down
An adandoned house on 9th Street, allegedly used as a drug house, came tumbling down yesterday in an effort to clean up the area and curb drug use in Colorado City.
